As Grindline Skateparks’ Chief Executive Officer, Matt Fluegge brings over 20 years of leadership and skateboarding experience to the forefront of skatepark innovation. A graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Landscape Architecture and a postgraduate certification in Project Management from the University of Washington, Matt combines technical expertise with a passion for skateboarding to guide Grindline’s vision and strategy.
Since joining Grindline in 2003, Matt has overseen hundreds of skatepark projects, ensuring each one reflects the company’s commitment to quality, creativity, and community engagement. He works closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver world-class skateparks that balance form and function. From setting project goals to managing resources and budgets, Matt ensures every design and construction effort upholds Grindline’s reputation for excellence.
Matt’s extensive portfolio includes iconic projects like McVicker Skatepark in Lake Elsinore California and the North Houston Skatepark in Texas. His leadership has been instrumental in positioning Grindline Skateparks as an industry leader and trusted partner for communities worldwide.
