Professional Training & Certification
Grindline prioritizes professional training to uphold the highest industry standards. Our Shotcreters undergo rigorous certification through the American Concrete Institute (ACI), which includes a written exam covering concrete science and best practices, a physical shotcrete application test, and an interview-based examination. This training includes an in-depth study of the chemical composition, molecular structure of ingredients and additives, and the alchemical process of creating durable, high-performance concrete.
